We have been seeing a lot activity from Connecticut rapper 12 Roundz. In addition to the previous videos he has sent over to Blacktruth.net, he has several mixtapes on his Datpiff page. We caught up with the ATM family artists and ask him a couple of questions, including the meaning behind his name.

How did you get your start rapping? 
Music has always been a love of mine. My career started at the age of 12. I remember my first day of middle school. I walked in the gym and heard a friend of mine rapping at the top of the bleachers. This moment grabbed me because he challenged me to start rapping there on the spot. I liked the energy and excitement it created and from here my love for music grew. My passion for music runs deep I work hard at my craft and I keep it new and original and I like to give you a different part of me every time you hear me rhyme. All of the greats before me have inspired me through their stories and the things in my life inspire to keep sharp and pay attention to my mission of becoming great.
