The recent passing of Prodigy of Mobb Deep has illuminated a disturbing trend that has been occurring in Hip Hop over the years. That is the overwhelming amount of rappers and Hip Hop figures who have died in their 40’s. It came to my attention after listening to DJ Vlad interview Hip Hop legends Professor Griff of Public Enemy and Greg Nice of Nice and Smooth.
