Wayne County Medical Examiner Dr. Lokman Sung said he could not determine whether the rope was used to take Globe’s life.

There were no external or internal signs of injury to the body, Sung testified before 36th District Court Judge Shannon Holmes.

Her body was found in a 55-gallon garbage bin behind an abandoned house in the 18500 block of Fielding near Clarita.

A resident in the area where Globe’s body was found identified a man, believed to be Brack, from a police lineup as the person she saw taking the bin Globe’s body was found in to the back of the house. That woman did not identify Brack in court.

Brazil Senate Votes to Remove President Dilma Rousseff

Article Reprintbrazil prez

Brazil’s Senate on Wednesday voted to impeach embattled President Dilma Rousseff, who was accused of illegal federal budget manipulation in violation of the country’s constitution. An impeachment in Brazil requires two-thirds of the 81 senators, or 54, to vote in favor of removal from office. Rousseff has proclaimed her innocence and has testified in her own defense, but was suspended from office, during which time her conservative vice president Michel Temer served as acting president. Temer will be sworn in and will inherit a country a turmoil shortly after it just hosted the expensive and controversy-riddled 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
