California hopes to leverage the attention on Hurricane Harvey flooding to convince the federal government to fund some of the $20 billion needed to repair the dilapidated Central Valley flood control infrastructure.

Jason Whitlock Questions Aaron Rodgers Honesty on Colin Kaepernick

This week Green Bay Packers Aaron Rodgers gave his support to Colin Kaepernick by saying that the unemployed should be signed to a team. Jason Whitlock  of Fox Sports 1 questioned the Packers quarterback by saying Rodgers should use his connections on his team to sign Kaepernick if he was sincere. ”If Aaron Rodgers was really down for the cause, you know what, he’s got a lot of power in Green Bay. ‘You know what, Kaepernick should be my backup quarterback. Kaepernick should be on our roster.’” Whitlock said.  Despite support from a rally and Rodgers, no team has shown interest in Kaepernick. To read more about this story click here.
