President Trump balked at a congressional deal for a southern border wall presented on Monday night. The proposal deal of $1.375 billion was below the $5.7 billion Trump asked for. “Am I happy at first glance? I just got to see it,” Trump asked at a meeting at the White House. “The answer is no, I’m not. I’m not happy.” he continued. Trump also added “I don’t think you’re going to see a shutdown.
