3 Steps to Dream Body

In 1962 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. gave a speech at Emmanuel AME Church about making the American Dream a reality.  Yesterday this same church was the scene of a cowardly act of domestic terrorism.  In light of this situation I wanted to take this opportunity to give some fitness tips that can help everyone get to their “Dream” body.
