My client Jenny is the most stubborn person in the world, well maybe number two to my client Sameer, now that I think about it Shirley has them both beat, or maybe its Effie, well my point is that none of my clients (outside of Nancy) get enough sleep.  In fact more than a third of Americans aren’t getting enough sleep on a regular basis. Yet experts agree that getting enough shut-eye is as important to health, well-being, and your weight as are diet and exercise.
