Read a quote yesterday that read, “summer bodies are made in the winter”  if this is true then this is the perfect time to get rid of Cellulite.  Men and women are both affected by cellulite but women are affected to a higher degree.  Below the skin there is a layer of tissue which is used to attach the skin to the muscle.  In men this tissue has a diagonal or cross pattern, that is smooth and continuous.  Unfortunately in women, this connective tissue runs vertically and as it is attached to the skin creates chambers that trap and squeeze fat to produce the dimpled effect.  We have highlighted 4 simples rules that will help fight cellulite but remember that the biggest contributor to cellulite is yo-yo dieting.  The ongoing gain and loss of weight can make skin less elastic and therefore increase the appearance of cellulite.
