There are two reasons people usually give for someone to lose weight.  Have you heard this before, “If you lose weight you will be less likely to get this disease or that disease”.  The truth is, if you are overweight or need to lose any weight you can always rebuttal that statement with, “We are all going to die from something anyway right!”  Another reason we have all heard to lose weight is that, “if you lose weight you will “look better”.  That doesn’t really stick because there is always someone who is really into overweight people and just because someone is overweight doesn’t mean that they don’t already think they look great.  So those two reasons don’t hold much weight (no pun intended) on the subject matter of losing excess body fat.  There are some very impactful reasons to lose weight though that any and everyone should take seriously.   CF4L 5 Real Reasons You Should Lose Weight:
