Caleb, are you suggesting that Americans are so much more criminally inclined than Europeans, Russians, Chinese, Latin-Americans, Canadians, Africans, Southeast Asians, Malaysians, Indonesians, Polynesians and others? No place else do they have so many people in prison. That there are so many in prison suggests other reasons than what you say.
