Image result for pic of channing dungeyI didn’t know that the president of the ABC Network was a Black woman. Channing Dungey is the first Black person to become president of major network, taking over the position ABC on February 17, 2016. Taking that into consideration, it makes Roseanne Barr look like a bigger idiot to call a Black woman an ape while working on a network ran by a Black woman. I think it makes for an uncomfortable working environment to say the least. Which is why Wanda Sykes probably left the show after the tweets were sent out. It take long for Channing Dungey to follow suit and exert her authority by cancelling the reboot of the Roseanne show immediately. The move has gotten her props from people throughout Hollywood, especially from other Black women in the industry.  Ava DuVernay, Viola Davis and Shonda Rhimes all went on Twitter and applauded Dungey for her actions.
