Actor Michael Jai White revealed that his oldest son died from Coronavirus “just a few months ago” at age 38. During an interview with VladTV, Michael opened up about some of the struggles his son had. “Unfortunately, he was still kinda out there in the streets hustling, wasn’t doing well, started getting on substances,” White said.
The complications of having substance abuse, along with COVID, were the reason for White’s son’s demise. “COVID was waiting for him… That was the knockout blow,” White added. Michael had his son at the age of 15, and admitted that the two had “grown up together.” The actor has five other children, including kids from his wife Gillian’s previous relationship.
