Black-ish actor Anthony Anderson is under criminal investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department in regards to assault allegations. According to Variety via the Blast, the woman catered an event for Anderson last year and accused the actor of assault after she approached him about a business opportunity. A rep for Anderson sent a statement to Variety saying “It’s unfortunate that anyone can file a police report, whether it is true or false.” Anderson was caught in the airport by a TMZ reporter and refused to give a comment regarding the incident.
