Over the past few months, I’ve had to purchase three different pairs of shoes for clients.  When you are training a client in a high-rise in downtown Chicago and their workout shoes don’t meet your standard of a donation for the homeless, something has to change and change fast.  Most people wait until their shoes look bad before replacing them.  By that time they have been toast for many months.  In the case of some of my clients, many years! (cough cough Sameer) So how do you know when you need new shoes?  Here are CF4L 4 signs your shoes are looking to commit suicide every time you leave them alone.
