Dashcam footage has surfaced of a police lieutenant in Georgia saying that police officers only ‘kill Black People.’ Lt. Greg Abbott, a 27-year veteran of Cobb County’s police department was recorded making the comment after having a conservation with a White woman during a traffic stop. Abbott has been put on administrative duty according to the department. Watch the video below.
