Black McDonald’s Operators Association Support Chicagoland Students on the 21st annual PUSH Excel HBCU College Tour

April 13 – 20, students will visit seven HBCUs including Fisk University, Tennessee State University, Kentucky State University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, Clark Atlanta University and Florida A&M University.  The support of Education in African American communities is a strategic pillar for the BMOA, which is why they chose to support the tours as well as sponsoring some of their own local McDonald’s employees to attend as well.

“At McDonald’s, we fully support providing our young people with opportunity through both employment and through educational initiatives like the 2019 HBCU College Tour, says BMOA President Derrick Taylor. Support of this tour is just one of the ways that the BMOA attempts to give back to communities we serve. We hope the students have an enriching experience on the tour and that it will inform their decision to pursue higher education once they finish high school.”
