Black Support For Stephon Clark Becomes Confusing After His Hateful Tweets About Black Women Surface

This reaction from the Black community has been consistent with the reaction from the other Black people who have lost their lives by the hands of the police. From Mike Brown, to Eric Garner, there has been a swift and fierce backlash from the Black community concerning the matter of police recklessness. The one piece of information in the situation of Stephon Clark case makes his scenario unique and kind of confusing. It was revealed by a twitter user named @eatmorefruitz, that Clark had a lot unkind words against Black women. He and his babymomma, who is Asian openly joked about how Clark dislike Black women and had a disdain for the Black skin complexion in general. Here is a screenshot of a tweet of Clark saying he didn’t want anything Black but a “XBOX.”

It seems that Clarke was deliberately trying to go out his way to see a reflection of his own Black skin. The mother of his two children was Asian and she also got on Twitter and made mention of how Clarke not only did not want a Black woman, he didn’t want any Black children. “This nigga said “I don’t want no Black baby.” I’m already Black. I don’t need no Black baby.”

Those couple tweets gave a small, but deep glimpse into the mindset of Stephon Clarke. It was obvious he had some type of complex about the skin he was in. Beyond that, it seems that his mindset shape his perception of Black people in general. Maybe he thought choosing a mate outside of his race was alleviate some of his burden as a Black man. Maybe he thought he would have a easier time getting accepted by society if he wasn’t with a Black woman. Obviously he was ignorant, because if he had knowledge of self, he would know, regardless of he had children with, his kids would be Black. The man carries the seed, and the seed reproduces its own kind.

  1. Would someone please offer proof that these tweets or accounts are authentic. Friends? Family? Associates? Someone who knew him in real life and followed him on Twitter at the time of these tweets who’s willing to go on the record.

His account wasnt hacked, they arent fake, and he really felt that way about about black women and people. Let those who he held to such high esteem march for his Tom ass. I am good.
