Calvin’s Undisputed Truth: Five Tips to Help Parents Keep their Children Away from Violence

  1. Stay out of places where the violence occurs.
  2. Choose your friends wisely because you don’t know what they do when they are not with you.
  3. Keep to yourself as much as possible.
  4. Mind your own business. If you are in your own business you will not have time for foolish business.
  5. Parents stay in touch with their children and mind their business because it’s your business to know what your child’s business is.

We as parents ought to know what our children are getting into. They should be getting into the bible to save their souls, not street conflicts to take away their souls.

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6)

To all the Fathers remember this while raising your children.

“And, ye fathers provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.” (Ephesians 6:4)

  2. Hmm it looks like your website ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any points for beginner blog writers? I’d definitely appreciate it.
