“How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations. For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God, I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High.” (Isaiah 14:12-14)
As you can see Satan proclaims that he was in heaven; and that he wants to get back to his home. But God has prepared a place for him on earth; however if you want to follow Satan to heaven, be my guest. He will never get back to heaven; God exiled him for his iniquity. He thought he could run God’s kingdom without God. Just like him you will be sadly disappointed. Here is the proof of what I speak from God himself. Don’t take my word for it but you can take Jesus word.
“And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.” (John 3:13)
Can it be any clearer than that or do you need more proof?
