He delivered Israel that night with a strong hand; and took them out of Egypt by way of the wilderness to the Red Sea. He split the Red Sea and Israel went through it on dry ground.
“Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye be ignorant, how that all our Fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea. And they all drink the same spiritual drink; for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them; and that Rock was Christ.” (Corinthians I 10:1, 4)
He dwelleth amongst them everywhere they went. Their God was present on the earth. It was Jesus from the beginning until the end.
“And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God.” (Exodus 29:45)
