So with this truth firmly in place; I’m telling you that all preachers are not of God. Jesus gives us many warnings throughout the bible to beware, “For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many” (ST. Matthew 24:5) “And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you” (ST. Matthew 24:4)
Now here is the food for thought, “Examine yourselves whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves” (Corinthians II 13:5) And here is your warning from Jesus on how to walk in Christianity, “Enter ye in at the strait gate; for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at” (ST. Matthew 7:13)
This passage is talking about religious preachers misguiding the sheep, because “strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it” (ST. Matthew 7:14)This passage is also talking about Christianity of Christ; so are you entering the wide gate or the narrow way?
