The perception from some people is that they are following the way of Jesus Christ but really are following the way of their pastor. The job of the pastor is to tell the congregation the truth; this is not an option.
“But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine” (Titus 2:1)
Almost every church has pastors of Satan; they speak smooth lies from the pulpit to the people who don’t want to hear the truth.
“That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the Lord. Which say to the seers, See not; Prophecy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits” (Isaiah 30:9-10)
