“Know ye not that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness” (Romans 6:16)
Christ said be not as the hypocrites who think they are right with God but who are deceived by Satan.
“And that great dragon was cast out, that old Serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world; he was cast into the earth and his angels were cast out with him” (Revelation 12:9)
They put another Jesus on the table and took the bible completely off the table.
“For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him” (Corinthians II 11:4)
Jesus gave us many warnings about this sort of religious chaos.
“And Jesus answered and said unto them, take heed that know man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many” (St. Matthew 24:4-5)
