Cancer in what foods?

Refined White Flour

Bleached food doesn’t sound like a good thing, because it isn’t. Traces of the chemicals remain in the food. Also, highly processed flours also have a high carbohydrate content which upset the blood sugar balance inside our body and leads to a higher production of insulin and thus feeds cancer cells. Avoid carbohydrates that are highly processed such as white bread, white pasta, white rice, and Donald Trump rallies.  They can be a little too white as well if you know what I mean, and I think you do! i.e. donuts, cakes, commercial muffins, cookies, pies and other pastries.   Oat-based cereals are generally made from the whole grain, which makes them a better option unless they also contain refined sugars.

Refined Sugar/Soda

Tumors use sugars to “feed” themselves and increase in size. This unsettling fact was discovered in 1931 by Otto Warburg, a Nobel laureate in medicine. Warburg figured out that in order to proliferate, cancer cells thrive on fructose-rich sweeteners such as high-fructose corn syrup.  Fructose contains caramel color, a known carcinogen. Soda acidifies the body, which in turn causes cancer cells to multiply.  The unhealthiest pops are obviously Coca-cola and Pepsi, but a few you might not suspect are Sierra Mist Cranberry Splash, Fanta Orange, and Mountain Dew.
