Recently the People’s Republic of China issued a ban against Hip Hop. Not only did they prohibit the music but also banned tattoo’s and any likeness of the culture from the television. The directive was issued by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television. The director of SAPRRT Gao Changli announcement a list of rules that must be carried out by those people in media.
