Dad of Son who was Killed Sandy Hook Massacre Victim Wins Defamation Lawsuit Against the Authors of “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook”

Lenny Pozner, the dad of one of the victims in the Sandy Hook Elementary School Massacre has won a defamation lawsuit against the authors of the book titled “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.” Pozner’s 6-year-old son Noah was murdered in the massacre and is the lead plaintiff in at least nine cases against people who have denied the massacre ever happened. This is the first case where the families of the victims have been successful. A Wisconsin judge issued a summary judgment against the authors of the book NDASH and a trial to decide the damages is set for October. In addition to that, the main publisher of the book, Dave Gahary,  issued an apology. “My face-to-face interactions with Mr. Pozner have led me to believe that Mr. Pozner is telling the truth about the death of his son,” he said. “I extend my most heartfelt and sincere apology to the Pozner family,” he continued.
