Dallas Cowboys Running Back Ezekiel Elliott Hit with a $20 Million Lawsuit from 2017 Car Accident

An amended lawsuit was filed by a man involved in a 2017 car accident with Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott. In the lawsuit plaintiff, Ronnie Hill lists Elliott and the Dallas Cowboys as defendants. The lawsuit also alleges that the Cowboys worked with police  “to cover up the severity of the accident to assure that Elliott’s health would not be placed in question before their playoff game.” Hill is seeking $20 million dollars from what is stated as “bodily, economic and mental injuries,” in the lawsuit.
