Florida authorities have arrested two middle school teens after their teacher found a folder with a detail plan to kill nine of their classmates. 14-year-old Delaney Barnes and Solange Green of Avon Park Florida are facing nine counts of criminal attempt to conspire a capital felony for premeditated homicide and to conspire a third-degree felony for kidnapping. According to Daily Mail, a folder was found by a teacher which was labeled ‘project 11/9,’ private info and ‘do not open.’ Inside there were five pages that had the names and the initials of nine students who the teens planned to kill. The documents included how they were going to lure the victims, kill the victims and dispose of the bodies. Barnes and Green were taken to the Juvenile Justice Facility in Bartow.
