Michael Drejka, the shooter who fatally shot 28 year old Markeis McGlockton in Florida, was charged with manslaughter Monday (08.13.18). Last month Drejka confronted McGlockton for parking in handicap parking spot. He then shoved McGlockton down and pulled his gun out and killing him. Initially Drejka was not charged in the shooting based on Florida’s Stand Your Ground law. That law allows their citizens to use deadly force if they believe they are in grave danger. However, State Attorney Bernie McCabe  has decided that there is enough evidence to charge Drejka. He is currently being held on a $100,000 dollar bail. The main question is, will he be convicted? The same law was used to acquit George Zimmerman in the killing of Trayvon Martin. Do you think he will be convicted in the shooting? Leave your comments below.
