Black Truth News:  How do you guys deliver a message through the music but still keep it entertaining for the listeners?

Don Dale: I’m a fan of music first and I like to analyze things. I look at all rappers and studied what they have done and how they did it. Like any other person, I learned through other people’s experiences, my own experiences, and also what I was taught. The thing is, just telling it how it is. I feel like me and Don rap together, but my story is different from his. I just dropped a solo track called “Bussin Moves.” Growing up, I have been through a lot of things and still going through a lot.

When you hear it is about bussin moves and getting money because that’s the hustle aspect in me. But at the same time; I’m always trying to learn and teach a brother. It took me so long comfortable rapping because I wanted to be able to talk to the young niggas I fuck with. The shorties who would get suspended and come blow some L’s with me because they were suspended. I be like, well you got to go to the store and grab a L and chop it up with me, and then I ask them what they suspended for. Just finding a gap and speaking to them and keeping them in tune. You know it’s just about the content, it’s just like our song Mista Policeman. “You want us underneath/ Mista Policeman /Uncle Sam/ You preach kill a man/ I pitch it underhand/ Switch up my circumstance.”
