Article Submission
In keeping with its mission to support the scholastic endeavors of African American students, the Chicago Chapter EAARA will award twenty-three(23) Frank M. Clark/John T. Hooker scholarships in the amount of $1000 each. Scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors and current college students who plan on/are pursuing a college or university education.
