Not sure if Senator Frank Artiles was being disrespectful or simply trying to impress his Black co-workers. Either way, the Florida lawmaker for a private conversation he had last week at the Governors Club near the Capitol. Talking with Sens. Audrey Gibson and Perry Thurston, he was said to used vulgarity and the “N-Word” to describe fellow colleague Senate President Joe Negron.
