Legendary artist Pharrell has sent a notice to officials in Virginia Beach regarding his music festival Something in the Water. The festival debuted in 2019 and featured Pharrell as the headliner. Due to Coronavirus pandemic, the festival was cancelled in 2020 and 2021.
