Recently Forbes released its 2017 list of the richest people on the planet. The list has 2,043 people on it and only 3 of them are Black. Those three people are Oprah Winfery at $3 billion, Vista Equity firm founder Robert Smith at $2.5 billion and Michael Jordan at $1.31 billion. There are seven Africans on the list as well. Aliko Dangote of Nigeria is the richest Black in the world at 12.2 billion. To read more about this story click here.
