(ThyBlackMan.com) From their time in Arkansas to the present the Clintons have been dogged by allegations they benefited from insider access, corruption, and a network of organized criminal activities. There have been numerous and costly investigations, books written and theories about the couple that depict them in an unfavorable light. But except for the Monika Lewinsky affair which resulted in Bill Clinton being impeached by the US House of Representatives but acquitted by the US Senate on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice, neither Bill nor Hillary Clinton have been convicted of any crimes on the state or federal level. But that doesn’t mean they are not guilty, that they are not crooks.
