When it comes to a rumored mega fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, Top Rank CEO and hall of fame boxing promoter Bob Arum always says it may never happen because of Mayweather’s reluctance to sit down with him. In an interview with local media over the weekend, Bob Arum almost turned emotional when asked to say something about the issue. He said the fight will never really happen because of Floyd Mayweather. “Mayweather is reluctant to fight Manny Pacquiao. Period. If people don’t see that by now, they’re never going to see it,” Bob Arum said during the interview.
