It’s the 4th of July Weekend so you know what that means, yep everyone will be eating all weekend long.  I actually believe my family forgot about the fireworks part and thinks the holiday is National BBQ Day.  This means alot of weight gain and for no reason at all.  I will make it easy on everyone to be able to enjoy the holiday weekend, eat some good food and also enjoy not putting on those extra pounds.  We have 4 Chicago Fit 4 Life Holiday Tips for you to make it through this weekend.
