How to Treat Anxiety

Recently came across an article that said because of Trump’s presidency the levels of anxiety among the American public is at an all-time high.   Doctors are prescribing medicine to calm people down more than ever before.  I’m not big on just popping a pill to deal with your problems so I have come across (I may be bias) the best alternative to deal with anxiety and that is exercise.  Studies show that exercise can treat mild to moderate depression as effectively as antidepressant medication—but without the side-effects, of course. In addition to relieving depression symptoms, research also shows that maintaining an exercise schedule can prevent you from relapsing.  One vigorous exercise session can help alleviate symptoms for hours, and a regular schedule may significantly reduce them over time.  My client Cassandra believes that people who exercise are less depressed because they use all there depression up while they are exercising, I have no study to cite this information though.
