It’s what you’re drinking

A calorie is a calorie whether you eat it or drink it.  My suggestion for anyone trying to lose weight is to save your calories for food dishes instead of beverages.  Most calories consumed by drinking are usually forgotten.  This is especially true when we are talking about sugary drinks, including fruit juices, and alcoholic drinks.  The absolute worst culprit is soda and fancy coffee drinks.

  1. This is Bro, Royster i started the cabbage soup diet, but i do eat baked fish and veggies. Also green smoothies 3 times a day. Snacks are nuts unsalted and fruit. You have made a difference in my life, and i am down 6 pds with 94 to go. thanks very much bro.
