That type of content and the insight to lyrically displays his emotions throughout the album makes Redemption a masterpiece. Even radio-friendly songs like Win and the King’s Dead sound good when you listen to them within the album. The transitions from song to song are great. The beats are superb and Jay Rock is brilliant all through the album. To say Redemption is dope would be an understatement. I would say that is the best album that I have heard all year.
