Katy Perry Is Being Sued By Her Stagehand After She Lost A Toe Working On Her Tour

According to TMZ, Christina Fish lost a toe while moving a wall during work on Katy Perry’s Prismatic Tour in 2014. The accident occurred in Raleigh, North Carolina.

The wall rolled accross her foot, leaving her badly hurt. An ambulance was not called, but a friend eventually took her to the ER after her shoe filled with blood.

The toe needed to be amputated after becoming gangrenous. Fish lost use of her foot for months.

Fish is now suing Perry, Live Nation and a handful of stage production companies for an amount described by TMZ as “a whole lot.” She says she suffered great emotional distress after being told to leave the dead toe on her foot for as long as possible until the amputation was scheduled. A devout yoga enthusiast, she also says this will affect her hobby in the future.

Reps for Katy Perry are not currently responding to questions about the suit, according to the New York Daily News.
