Kawhi Leonard Shows he has the “Juice” and Leads the Toronto Raptors to First-Ever NBA Title

I don’t know why such a tragic, somber moment in the movie is so relatable to a basketball game; but somehow it does. I could first point how Pac is the bad guy with all the power and is struggling to hold for dear life. Secondly, I could say that the Toronto Raptors were the unexpected guy that the power was transferred to as a result of the Golden State Warriors fall. More specifically, I look at Kawhi Leonard as the one with the “Juice” or the power. Only removed one NBA season from sitting out almost the whole year from injury, he won a title.

Kawhi was dragged in the media, and questioned by his team and former teammates on the San Antonio Spurs. The disconnection and bad press ultimately resulted in a trade to the Toronto Raptors. No one, including me, expected him to lead the Raptors to a championship this season, or any other season for that matter. However, he did just that, winning his second NBA Finals MVP en route to a 114-110 victory over the Golden State Warriors. It is true, the Warriors probably would have won if they didn’t have so many injuries to their key players. On the other hand, injuries are a part of the game. For now, there is nothing else to talk about, it’s over, Kawhi won and it’s no confusion about who has the “Juice”
