The longtime leader of Cuba, Fidel Castro has died at the age of 90. Castro led a Cuban revolution and overthrew Fulgencio Batista on New Year’s Day in 1959. His reign in power has caused friction with other world leaders, including the United States. The hostility that has existed between the United States and Cuba has been one that has caused a ice cold relationship. Since 1962, there has been a ban on all imports with Cuba and the USA.
