The leader of a White Nationalist Militia group called the Republic of Florida admitted that the Florida school shooter Nikolas Cruz was a member of his group. Jordan Jereb told the Associated Press that Cruz participated in exercises with their group in Tallahassee Florida, but “acted on his own behalf.” Jereb continued by saying that Cruz was “solely responsible for what he did.” He also mentioned that the attack happening on Valentine’s Day probably wasn’t coincidental, because Cruz may had issues with a girl at the school.
