Man in Lake Shore Drive standoff agrees to extradition to Georgia

(Chicago IL.) The man charged in last month’s eight-hour standoff with police on Lake Shore Drive made his first appearance in court Monday, agreeing to be sent back to Georgia, where he faces murder charges in a separate case.
