Mariah Carey’s Former Security Guard Accuses Her Of Sexual Harassment

According to a draft of the lawsuit prepared by Anello’s lawyer, Anello’s company worked for Carey between June 2015 and May 2017 but were never paid the $221, 329.51 they were owed. The suit also claims that Anello’s company was promised another 2 years of work, which adds another $511,000 to Mariah’s bill.

The draft goes into detail about Carey’s alleged sexual harassment, with Anello claiming that Carey engaged in “sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello.” During one memorable incident, Anello claims, Carey invited him into her room during a trip to Cabo San Lucas; when he arrived to the room to help her move some luggage, as she had requested, she was wearing an open, see-through negligee and refused to let him leave the room until he moved the luggage.

Carey’s team told TMZ that, while they have no information on the sexual harassment claims, they’ve been in touch with Anello’s lawyer and are willing to pay certain invoices, but Anello reportedly isn’t pleased with the amount.

According to TMZ‘s sources, the lawsuit is currently on hold.
