Massachusetts State Chemist Contributes to Mass Incarceration of Blacks And Poor Folks By Fabricating Evidence In Over 21,000 Drug Cases

A Massachusetts  state chemist by named of Annie Dookhan falsified reports and fabricated evidence in over 21,000 cases according to atlanticblackstar.com. The ACLU of Massachusetts indicated that her misconduct impacted approximately 24,000 drug cases.   “Over 24,000 cases from eight years, and they called her superwoman because she was doing the bidding of the system of mass incarceration and the war on drugs. If it were anything else, if it were for rich people, for white people, this would not be allowed to stand” said staff attorney Carl Williams of ACLU of Massachusetts.
