NBA Players Boycott of Games Comes Four years to the date of when Colin Kaepernick first sat down during the national anthem on the NFL sideline

2020 continues to be a year of surreal and unforgettable moments. The suspension of sports, in general, was a shock in itself. Now, word has come that the NBA players will be boycotting today’s games (08.26.20). The move comes in response to the recent shooting of Jacob Blake and the numerous police injustices against Black people.
