No More Jiggle July (5th-31st)

Here’s the Rules !!!!

  •  No Sweets
  •  No Alcohol
  •  30 mins of Cardio 6 days (Monday-Saturday)
  •  1 CF4L workout 5 days (Monday-Friday) (all Workouts available Here:www.facebook.com/chicagofit4life
  •  1 High Fiber food per day
  •  Fruit and Vegetable only 2 days (Monday & Tuesday)
  •  #NMJJ on Social Media

                                                                

  •   No White Sugar- Sugar is the leading contributor to the obesity epidemic.  All the sugar the body needs can be found in whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and legumes. There is no need to consume refined sugars. (i.e. cookies, cakes, candy, soda pop, fruit in syrups, etc…)
  •   No Fast Food- If you eat fast food regularly, the effects on your health can be disastrous. Studies have shown that people who eat fast food more than twice a week drastically increase their chances of developing diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and a host of other chronic problems. (i.e. McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s, KFC, Taco Bell, etc..)
  •  No Fried Foods- Grill, bake, or sauté all your food.  Fried foods clog arteries and lead to strokes and Alzheimer’s.  It also produces clogged veins and arteries cause heart attacks and aneurysms.
  •  Do Cardio- Cardio exercise is any sort of activity that stimulates the cardiovascular system by keeping the heart pumping at an accelerated pace for an extended period of time.  (i.e. elliptical trainer, walking, jogging, jumping rope, climbing stairs, swimming, aerobics class, etc…)
