No More Jiggle July

Everyones favorite time of year.  Use the rest of July to re jump start your fitness goal and reduce the extra jiggle on your body.  

July 5th-July 31st Its going down!!! CF4L along with Siddiqu “The Personal Trainer” is asking everyone to commit to a body fat % reduction plan!  Why? Well March Meltdown was a huge success and we saw people lose weight in extreme high #’s.  And lets be honest, everyone has a little jiggle here or a jiggle there that they would like to get rid of.  The target area for everyone seems to be the midsection but there is so much jiggle going around we plan on encouraging each other to make it all disappear.
